Weigh-In Wednesday – 7/27


So, I am planning on weighing myself in on Wednesdays and posting my pictures.  Today I woke up feeling big and really bloated.  That being said, I am down a pound from last week.  I am interested to see how I weigh in next week… hopefully less bloated than todayJ

Food:  29 points!  PerfectJ

Supplements:  Prenatal Vitamin, Calcium Chew, Fish Oil, 2 tsp Benefiber in protein shake

Drinks: Water – 3, Iced Tea – 5

Exercise:  Nothing… woke up with super tired body from my previous days of running and headache tonightL
